City Plaza offers well, appointed rooms with great views, top, notch amenities, and comfortable furniture. the location is conveniently close to the Esplanade, perfect for exploring.

I absolutely adored the cozy sitting area in the lobby, adorned with beautiful potted plants and exquisite paintings. It was such a delight to unwind there after a day of exploring, and the plush sofas were perfect for resting my weary legs. the hotel's gentle ramps and elevators made it easy for older folks like myself to move around effortlessly, ensuring a stress-free stay for seniors.

Would appreciate more assistance from the young ones at the front desk.

The room needs an oven. It has a microwave oven, but a small conventional oven is needed,

The pillows were not fabulous and some beach type towels to use in the pool area would be great at no cost, a security deposit would be ok. This would save lugging them from interstate.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. the pool was clean and inviting, even though I did not have the chance to use it. It was located in a quiet area, but still within walking distance of the city centre. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The location was a bit far from the city centre, and there were not many dining options nearby. the wifi access was not included, and when I opted to pay for it, the speed was slow.

nice, big compleet apartment, good beds, bathroom,kitchen, livingroom, balcon.free parking, good help with booking trips, enough to do in Cairns and surroudings, walkdistance of the city etc.

We chose a great location for our trip, steps from the museum train station and nearby public transport, and a quick walk down to the waterfront. the apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. the staff was friendly and provided us with detailed check-in information beforehand.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room on the second floor.

The manager did everything to help on anything we needed, which was really helpful.

The apartments offered great balconies to enjoy fresh air, and the staff was helpful in storing luggage before check-in. The location was also convenient for visiting local attractions and cafes.

The apartment was very dated and in need of upgrades. The cleanliness was suspect, particularly in the lounge areas, and there were issues with the cot provided for our small child.

Absolutely value for money! the rooms are clean and well set, but kitchen facilities dcan only cater for casual breakfast only
